My latest commission for a Kyo backpack from Fruits Basket. Pattern drafted by myself. Made of goldenrod fleece and some other bits & pieces.Related content

I charge $40 plus shipping and it's a real working backpack (zipper and it holds a few smallish items) and I'll throw in a Kyo bracelet (made with black and white glass beads) if you'd like.

It's so kawaii!!!! I'm planning to cosplay as Kagura this year and I'm planning to make a Kyo backpack myself! I wuz wondering, how much fabric do you get to make this lil' guy?

Thanks! Hmmm... it's been awhile since I've made one of these, but it wasn't terribly much fabric, as the fleece and felt I've used tends to be wider stuff. Probably like 1-1.5 yard total. Good luck with yours and your costume!
