I was watching some wedding based show at some time last month and i was getting really pissy that all the dresses were sleeveless. Every Single One. its not that i don't like them. my cousin's wife had a strapless and it was gorgeous. But they only work for tiny girls.I made up this because it still kinda has the feel of a strapless, but has a little more support and classy ness with the off the shoulder short sleeves
