University is a big hassle... Urgh :L

Just recently, I thought of an ending for this character---- Xuehen then dragon~ (if anyone still remembers him)

So I thought, after the loooong tragic history for the dragons, it's time for him to finally have a happy ending.

Happy ending comes with a price... A pain that no mankind deserves to bear...
Rumor has it that a dragon turns human after he sheds scale to save the mortal, but no one knew, that the process of the transformation is a torturous hell.
Xuehen is under pursue from the other dragons who are after his life. Knowing so, he still tore away his heart scale for a diseased child who was about to die of the cold winter. He hid himself away quickly after the ritual was done... He knew, that all of his scales that belonged to him as a dragon will soon peel and fall, tearing away the top layers of his skin. The sensation can be compared to being skinned alive.
With a group of powerful dragons close behind, he opened his wings and flew as they gradually crumbled away. He didn't want to die, because he already promised someone that he will return as a human. In return, he also made HER promise to wait for him forever. He wanted to survive for that reason alone.
When the other dragons left thinking he will freeze and bleed to death in the snow, Xuehen was saved by an old hunter out to collect firewood. He took him back to the village...

Xuehen eventually regained his health, but the scars remained from where his scales fell. He managed to persuade the villagers that the scars and white hair were from a childhood disease and settled there. Perhaps it's fate, or perhaps it's just sheer luck, the girl who he vowed to lived in the same village. She immediately recognized him.
And they lived happily ever after.
