Oni squad on the move!I wanted to make one of those typical shounen anime posters with the protagonists enthustiastically leaping towards the camera ^^

Nah, an Oni is a Japanese demon/yokai that is part of their folklore sort of, so there is no connection to the characters found in Christianity. I think something like a mountain troll would be a more accurate equivalent. Different legends describe them differently, and I have taken some liberties with my own version of the Oni, but this is the most general look on them I think.

well, an eight pointed star has different menaings in different cultures and contexts. it has connections to buddhism, babylonian and egypt just to name a few.
The five pointed star (the pentagram) is the one that has more negative connotations, like how it's used for summoning demons and so on. this star also has different meanings in different contexts though so it's not an "evil" symbol in itself, it depends on context.

well, christian imagery is used a lot in anime, mostly just because it looks cool. Since christianity isn't really a thing over there generally they don't care much about the meaning behind it as long as it makes for a cool image or aesthetic.
again, the symbol itself is not "bad" per se. especially not nowadays, unless maybe you talk to an extremist. its modern role isn't much more dramatic than say the symbol for a heart. it can be printed on clothes and put in books and comics with not much more intention than to make something look cool. an anime that has pentagrams in it is not gonna try to make you become a satanist, it probably jsut wants to tell a story about cool demons and stuff
