Your Screamer is pretty buff, huh?

Muscles can be hard so don't feel bad but he does look kind of strange. You gave him very large deltoids but small pectorals and no abs at all. That is strange since you made him very triangular, which suggests he'd work out a lot. Here is a great tutorial on men's torsos that explains different body types and the way muscles work on them.

He also has very short upper arms and very long lower arms. That is a basic proportion issue and easy to fix

It's very strange to me that you gave Screamer a muscular body with a small, round face. He has a very weak jaw and no visible cheek bones. It doesn't match his body. A lot of people have trouble learning to draw masculine characters so don't feel bad. Here is a tutorial on male face/head shapes that is very helpful.

One last thing. While I like the misty coloring, I think that your background is confusing because of all the blurriness. I can't tell if Screamer is supposed to have wings or if he is in a cave and those are bright colored rocks behind him. If you meant for him to have wings, then you need to add more definition/detail so it is clear. Here is a bird wing tutorial that could help you out. If it's supposed to be rocks in the background, then you should use less saturated colors to push them into the background more.
