Hello i was watching a video tutorial(photoshop) when i saw this Picture. I am wondering, do they Pay for using your photo? And what if they use it in photo which they send to a competitions and they won? Do they break the law? Sorry for my bad english and questions, but i want to do a photomanipulation and i dont know what with rights
