Their facial expressions, actions, clothes, and manner-related differences should help. Plus, Ginny has freckles, Lily has darker hair, James has this aura that's hard to mistake for anyone else because he's so freaking badass, and Harry has a scar. Their personalities are insanely dissimilar, too. Ginny and James often have this cheeky smirk/grin plastered on their faces. Lily's gentler and far less sporty. Harry's not as cheeky or suggestive as James is.

That's gorgeous. The poses are so graceful - and those squatting-down poses don't generally being the word 'graceful' to mind. It's really one of the best Lily/James fanarts I've seen.. everything is just perfect.
