I've never heard of Mrs. Takahashi giving permission for someone to any fanfic writer to publish their work based on hers, for profit. Even then, I think Shogakukan and Viz Media hold licences to the material in print, for Japanese and English. And that's just the Ranma side.. then there's Naoko Takeuchi and Kodansha Comics' license for Sailor Moon. Maybe if it were animated it might be simpler since Viz holds the anime license for both. I am only guessing about this, since I don't know what their individual licenses cover, but I assume they apply to additional material produced in the specific works, whether made by the original author or not. Bringing money into it complicates things, which is why its being done as it is.
Though if someone did get all that worked out so it could be legally printed and sold.. I'd buy a set of Sailor Ranko comics or collected manga book.

please upload ur comics here!!!! forums.mangafox.me/threads/98-… you will get a wider audience and they make it easier to view each page rather then posting each link to the next page ect. if it really hits off maybe you can grab the attention of original authors and get permission to sell them on (giving royalties to creators of course) and hopefully create a well needed new cross over anime with a full series, cuz i personally would love to see ranma return (as well as sailor moon which as already been re released)

What an excellent story. Reminds me of some of the fuku fics with Ranma being sailor sun, but the comic element really brings it out. Love the character's reactions, they so fit their personality.
