This is a contest entry for Forteycat and her friends! I am so hECCING proud of this,,,,,

This is set at the end of Firestar's Quest where his mate, Sandstorm, gives birth to Squirrelkit and Leafkit. All four of these cats featured got a new re-design. I like it, personally

Childbirth is such a heartwarming and glorious moment, and I think I captured that pretty well in this piece. In hindsight, I would've liked to give the background more detail, but I SUCK at backgrounds and I wanted the attention to focus more on Fire and Sand.
So, congratulations Sandstorm and Firestar! They're probably one of my favourite couples in Warriors, from how Sandstorm hated Firetstar then ending up falling for him. They've got such a platonic relationship, and they're perfect for one another.

Only two submissions per person for the challenge, and only one of those drawings will be picked if you win.
It MUST be a scene from the books! Does not matter which story arc though.
It MUST be PG-13 or milder, so some gore is okay but try to keep it minimal. Sexual themes are not permitted.
You must give an explanation in the description of your drawing of why you drew what you drew, and it must be at least two sentences long.
It can be any kind of artwork, whether just a headshot or a full-body with shading and a detailed background. Traditional and Digital artwork is accepted. If you have questions about a medium you would like to use, please ask Forteycat.
Literature is an option if you can't submit a drawing. If you choose to do this, describe the couple, and write a very detai
