A random question, don't you ever get called out by someone when taking shots like this? (Sneaky peek while taking some time to wait for the right moment to press the shutter maybe?) I do all the weird stuff when I am shooting with someone tagging me along, but on my own? Oh dear, the social anxiety.
* Also I assume this was taken from outside towards the inside but I could be wrong

Great shot btw! I've noticed you're shooting a lot with the Ricoh GR II lately, are you getting tired of carrying the heavy duty stuff along?

Not tired at all! I just like to switch it up. I use the Ricoh in the day time when it shines. It also allows for some more 'nimble' camera movements and compositions, due to the fact that I can easily hold it at arms length in one hand. At night, I stick with my big Nikon.

I got once yelled at for just taking a shot of a sales booths with amazing seasonal decoration in the open, made me a bit unsure since then (afaik not against the local law to shoot anything/anyone outside, shooting goods might be against someone's wish though, but a lovely decorated sales booth on the main square in the capital? Made me sad

Oh, all about the money then, I see! /jk xD Idk, I just thought those booths were a part of a community/city thingy (celebrating the season), not just individual-bussinessmen, and since I was photographing the booth deco (from distance) and not the goods I thought it'd be alright - I guess I was wrong, oh well.
I remember once seeing an open-space handmade-items shop which was really gloriously decorated where they had a "no photo" sign, it made a sense to me there - but then again, if you put so much work into it being nicely decorated and let people post it online, you might get some new customers - of course, I could be completely wrong and maybe I am missing on something.
