unfortunally, this theme will not support a skinned version of this bar.
you can just replace the shellstyle.dll in the theme folder, to the default one

How can I edit this for my personal use?
I'd love to have close, minimize and maximize buttons visible and that little bar under the folder's "address bar" where I can chose icon size and so on. Don't know what's it called exactly. Also the window title name to be visible, the font color on the folder's "address bar" and search bar to be a bit darker and the one used on the bottom info bar as well. It's basically unreadable.

Also another issue I have noticed concerns Microsoft Word, where the paper sheet background has the theme's dark blue color :

Yes, i can see the borders on word too.
To be right, you would change the control panel background too, with Reshack. i f i remove that borders, it will be removed from all other windows, like opened folders
and about the word text. is the only bad thing about using dark themes.
you can work in your text and before printing, change the color text to black again
