Gather 'round, children, its time for a story!

In my home land of Turkey, there is a legend that, long ago, in the aftermath of a horrific battle in a Turkic village, only a baby boy is left alive amidst the ruins. He is found and nursed back to health by a she-wolf with a blue mane named Asena.
Asena subsequently mates with the boy and gives birth to 10 half-wolf, half-human sons, one of which becomes the leader of the Ashina clan that ruled several Turkic nomadic empires.

My interpretation of Asena is as a spiritual guide and guardian, one who always knows her path. I do not know exactly why she has three tails, but she looked rather naked with just one. The third eye in the middle of her forehead is a "nazar," a symbol that wards off evil. Why? Because I felt like it.
