First of all, I think we all say 'awww' to this picture ^^

This is a great shot, and the detail is wonderful. Those tiny claws are just adorable as well. I have a leopard gecko myself, and it never ceases to amaze me that though they seem, so fragile, they are strong in their own little ways.
So many times we can forget that we take on a responsibility for these animals, and they depend on us. I call my reptiles my 'babies' because that's what they are to me, and looking at this picture reminds me how precious their little lives are. To me, your gecko holding onto your thumb says 'mommy' and looks like he doesn't want to let go.
