An age isn't specified so it's completely up to the shippers themselves ^^ it depends on how you yourself choose to perceive Frisk and Sans~ if you choose for them to be a similar age, there is nothing canon preventing you from doing so- apart from the logic that Frisk is younger than Sans cuz that's kind of a given
