Okay I'm 100% sure I'll need to add to this, please ask about or remind me of anything I asked you to change but didn't add here ;D;RULE OF THUMB: The ONLY thing that can grow out of a Chime's body is fur!
Plantmatter growing out of their bodies isn't allowed Crystals or shards of rock growing out of their bodies isn't allowed Extra limbs- which means wings, extra legs, etc, aren't allowed "Magical elements", like glowing wisps or fairy dust or whatever else, isn't allowed* Tails that would require underlying bones (lizard tails, dog tails, cat tails, lion tails, tiger tails, etc) aren't allowed** Their ears are also entirely fluff- think of them as more like antennae then like ears! They can be any style of hair as well, but must stick up at least partially!I think that's all I have for now ;0; remind me if I'm missing anything!
* Magical elements may be allowed in the future, and considered "rare". I'm not 100% on this, though, so unless otherwise specified, it's 100% unallowed ;;
** If your entry has been accepted but has a dog/cat tail that would require bone structure, it's fine, I'm not going to retroactively reject your entry! HOWEVER: If you end up keeping your chime from the contest,Β please make sure to change the tail appropriately in the future ;;

Would necklaces with crystals that glow on their own be accepted? the magic has nothing to do with the chime in any way, its just a natural glow from the crystals only, no chime magic in it.

Admittedly I'm not very fond of the idea mostly because I'm getting quite a few entries that are pushing the limits of what is/isn't allowed ;; let me say that with current canon I don't think there's anything I could say and that would technically be allowed? But Iiii wouldn't really prefer it ;0; I wouldn't reject the entry based on that though!

unfortunately so ;3; it would take just a change in the canon you've written? like, rather than removing them from the image, if you'd just consider them a part of the background/unrelated
that'd be a way to avoid actually editing the image but it just wouldn't be something that could work with a chime ;3; they're just lucky little sprites whose visible magic is pretty much entirely contained in their head ~3~;

That looks fine! And uh-- well, by visible magic I mean the magic that's actually seen on their design, and that would be their "eye", the white shape inside the eye hole is actually a reflection of the magic ball inside their head- the magic ball is the luck magic and life force of the chime ;v;
