It's really fun how ideas can develop! A while back TheCosmicBeholder contacted me about a great idea that he had for a piece with Captain Evening. And that piece turned out great if I may say so, with Captain Evening looking stoic and heroic while keeping a watchful eye on the city below! Some time after that, I did a very similar piece to show off an OC I had developed, because I loved the original idea that TheCosmicBeholder had provided to me. Following that piece, TheCosmicBeholder had a really fun idea for some members of The New Odds keeping a rooftop vigil, and it's taken me an entire month to get my lazy butt in gear and pull it together. An entire month!! He had even provided really good sketches to give a layout for the piece, too! I tried to change up the angle a bit, thinking that I could hide some parts of how the piece came together, but that render didn't look good AT ALL and had some really weird issues! I should have stuck more closely to his original layout from the beginning XD

But now it's come together, and these Odd Heroes have a little nest going on up here, from the looks of things!
