Description
For the past year or so, I had been working on a CG webcomic project for a story about a gladiatorial arena in a fantasy world.
The arena would be kind of a kayfabe situation where all of the combatants would be athletic co-workers, putting on a show for the audience but not actually trying to kill each other.
In a world populated by beast-people, elves, and a dusting of humans, the story would focus on a beast-girl who is one of the newest generation of talent at this particular arena. Most of the previous group have quit, retired, or otherwise left, save for some truly epic warriors who have headlined events for the past several years, and are now splitting their time between thrilling spectators and training the new talent.

I developed a cast of characters that was divided into the following groups:

The new talent who are friendly with the main character
The new talent who are antagonistic with the main character
The old talent who are friendly with all of the new talent
Those in charge of the Arena who are neutral to their talent
Those who staff the Arena who are neutral to the talent
Those who are in charge of the village and are neutral to the Arena
Those who are merchants in the village who are neutral to the Arena
Criminals of the village who are neutral to the Arena
Criminals of the village who are antagonistic to the Arena
Those who are the main antagonists of the story

And so I set out to build all of the characters I had done bare-bones definitions of in 3D CG.
It took a lot of time, and I didn't get nearly as far into the project as I wanted to, I just have too many things on the go to be able to work on them all and have a full-time job as well. So, this project is being put on pause for a while, maybe forever. But I decided that I may as well share what I've built so far, so all of the time and effort I've invested isn't completely wasted. A small group of people have seen this work previously, but now I'm sharing it with everyone!
