I didn't know the Ubersaw had a syringe-y thing-y in the middle. Anyway! Great job; the Medic is one of my favorite classes.

Thanks buddy, and yeah, it does have a syringe of sorts in the middle, to store the ubercharge it sucks out of enemies on successful hits.
