Does Buttercup's Leg tattoo change? I've notice the sleeve tattoo stills the same, but the leg one changes with certain outfits.

Adult!Buttercup's leg is actually a robotic prosthetic due to an injury (you can see the joint/seam in these etc) so the "tattoo" on it can be changed since it's not an actual tattoo on skin, it's a design on the metal. The one on her arms is a real tattoo on her skin so it can't be changed.
