Was this drawn traditionally? With marker? If so, I'm curious of which type you used. :3

yes it was actually. 4 times. The first time I did it the wings and tail were very different and each incarnation was done pencil, lined, marker until I found finally this design and decided it was the one.
I typically use Copic markers, which this was 95% colored with, with only a few crayola or generic brand art brush markers to add color I don't have in my Copics (like the pthalo blue)
Copic Sketch markers (the kind I prefer, though they have 3 or 4 different styles)tend to be a little expensive, but they're SO NICE and they sell refill bottles and needles that cost the same as the markers themselves and will refill about 10 times. It's really a worthwhile purchase, especially if that's a medium you enjoy. I love markers, so it's well worth it to me. ^_^

Well thank you! It took me a minute (and 4 r 5 sketches) to figure out an original design for 4 dragons that still looked like a Pokemon. North and West were conceptually designed by someone else, to be specific, I just poke-fied them ^_^
