I disagree with the othet guy. I can tell she is angry and adding a bubble of text would ruined the feel, and there is no such thing as normal panties, panties is panties.

Even with the most simple designs you should consider working on both face and pose, here it's just bland, if she's just walking you should at least show a glimpse of her reaction like having a tiny bubble showing her face and hearing the ripping sound. Also make it more silly, just standing there with a plain face doesn't much give the attention you want on her.
Finally you should try making her underwear as normal panties or thong, here we think it's the fat guy disguise as Debbie.

Yeah, now I feel like I didn't put so much into this. I was bored and I wanted to draw something. Sometimes I don't even know why I did drew some of my pics out of boredom. I can see it needs some effects to make it stand out a little more. Maybe I worked on this too hard I made it so bland or I don't know which pose that is good. Maybe one day I might redo this like giving her a thong or no undies at all. Thanks for the comment.

Yeah well if you get bored you should consider leaving those as sketches, try drawing her many times and if you feel inspired and that you want to work on it then do it, if you do it to simple boredom and not putting much effort, it's not worth posting.
Look for reference on the character, you will see she has alot of facial expressions to give you an idea of how you could do it and not make it bland along with the pose, do more full body pics, i have seen you just do half and when it comes to these type of pics it needs full body.
