This picture is for 's Contest #1. The theme is to draw a picture of Sesshoumaru and Rin enjoying the changing seasons.

...Well Sesshoumaru here doesn't really seem like he's enjoying anything... but Rin seems to be having fun!

This picture took me three days to complete. On the first day, I finished with the line art, coloring, and highlighting parts, but the scenery took me forever. I think it's because this is my first time doing a background. I kinda went crazy with the leaves though, but the theme is autumn. I used a lot of references for the coloring and scenery, and I decided to add the border, because I wanted more focus to be put upon the two characters.

I don't know if I really like this picture or not (probably not), but I'm too lazy to change anything. If I don't submit this picture now, I'll be too busy later on to do it, so here it is! I used Photoshop 7 to make this. I usually use Photoshop CS, but my computer crashed, and that kinda put a damper on my drawing. Anyways, hope you like it!

Edit 1: I forgot to add in his "eyeshadow". Oops... Oh well, it's just a minor correction.
Edit 2: (10/20/05) UGH!!! I'm still not 100% satisfied with this picture yet, and I just might need to do more edits. This time I just had to add the red thing on Sess's clothing.
Edit 3: (10/21/05) I changed Rin's hand a bit, added highlights for her knuckles and for Sess's hair. The only part I'm still not satisfied with is the umbrella.
