Blake Belladonna in the songstress outfit. Though the first two had ruffles I could add none to her outfit without making it look real weird. So maybe the next one also shouldn't include ruffles.This surprisingly didn't take me very long to make. Blake looks pretty good, no matter what I make she always seems to turn out the best XD
