You know, I actually did not think on gender when I drew it, but I'd go with a "he"

With dragons, unless they're going to be in human form at some point, I think most people just go with it. I'm not sure if it's a subconscious thing, or if it just doesn't matter to them. Actually, I think this goes with everything that's not humanoid. Interesting food for thought there.
