Sooooooo recently and I started watching The Emperor's New School - the TV series based on The Emperor's New Groove (I've also watched that and Kronk's New Groove ) But I liked the TV series so much (it's full of hilarious pop culture and witty one liners) that I decided to doodle! There's some absolutely amazing characters that honestly should have been in the movies *cough*Malina*cough* and I did headshots of some of my fave c: I like how Yzma came out XD Now as for the other three doodles-

Even though Kuzco rejects the bride potentials in the first movie, he does have a huge soft spot for Malina Now, usually I'd have to say the dynamic would be creepy. He doesn't really seem to take no for an answer and certainly won't drop the subject. However the difference is Malina's attitude. Rather than kicking him to the curb altogether, she sets her boundaries and Kuzco always manages to respect those which redeems him. He even stops her kissing him when she's under potion influence because he states that he wants her to like him for him. Eventually she admits she likes him likes him and the respect is mutually earnt. Therefore I give this ship the A-ok I'd also like to think that Kuzco would tear down some of the class systems in order to marry her since she's a villager. However Malina's obviously not the type of girl to want to be treated better than anyone, so she'll sort him out Also Thea had the cutest hc for the proposal where he proposes at her graduation from Uni. Honestly might have to nick that one it's toooooo cute

A crackship we both came with was RamonxYatta and I had a good idea for a hc get together Ramon is the suave womanising Hispanic that was prone to a little 'wandering off' when it came to relationships. Girls would throw themselves at his feet and he loved the attention, but his careless straying eventually earnt him a bad reputation and he wound up alone. Miserable, he headed to Mudka's where Yatta was working. She was getting over a breakup after her ex had cheated on her a couple of months back. She hears why Ramon is alone and shares her experience from the 'woman's point of view'. Ramon decides to seriously consider it and reflects that he should try and become a better man and genuinely works on bettering himself. By this point the damage had kinda been done and most of the girls he chased had found other partners, so he ends up back at Mudkas. Yatta can see how hard he's working towards bettering himself and agrees to give the two of them a shot. It actually works out (Ps, Ramon has a quirk of using slightly the wrong word in the show, the watermelon part is on purpose he meant waterfall)

Ozker was a one time character than honestly should have been recurring. He was Kuzco's first fanboy and was very excited to meet him. Later in the series, Guaca becomes Kuzco's main fan. If the two had coincided, Ozker would definitely have joined the Kuzco fan club This is why headcanon exists, cause they defo meet, become firm friends, date, and start looking into political discourse. Now the two enjoy helping the emperor when possible, as both friends AND fans - and begin a side career travelling around the kingdom teaching politics to children
