notes:
- heck yeah, evolution! it's been ages since the last one, i'm pretty sure it was fluffbert on page 20!
- he still doesn't have any attacking moves though. i mean he might have metronome, i guess, but i am not taking my chances with that.
- splashy gets his ass kicked 2- the squeakquel
- in-game we went to veilstone first, then went to route 214 to train, but plot-wise it works better this way.
