I am not experienced in the use of watercolor, but your drawing to start, i mean the perspective, is good. From there it can be hard to make the transition from the linear aspect to the recognition of shapes and the textures. But it is good you worked to build up the value from light to dark. In that sense, I think you can place some more of the darker values found in the picture to establish a wider value range. It increases the contrast and the feeling of depth. The deep dark you have on the bike and bottles are almost exact, so they can serve as a good reference point to judge the surrounding values.

Thank you so much! You are right, there is a gap in values between the black parts and the lightly coloured rest... I'll try to get my courage up and add in more midtones.
