See the date? OLD! But I digress. This was drawn before Sherry Dairy and so I recolored this to match the new color scheme.Tell me what you think!

Use it. Try it. But don't abuse it like I have as its a crutch of simplicity and doesn't allow you to improve on the hair highlights. I just don't want you spiraling into a wormhole that is inescapable. D:

I think you should mix the following:
Left: Hair and Shirt
Right: Skin and Overalls.
But that's just me.

I agree with you except the overalls thing. I might do a mix of the too and play with that coloring. The left seems too faded and the other is a bit too blue.

Yes, but that would make it tough on me to decide. I was thinking of using both depending on what style i was going to use, but I think its best to choose which scheme is best. If not mix them up to get a better result.

Right is better. The left makes her look a little like a balloon with the bright spots where they are.

I'd vote for a compromise: Use the left version's colour scheme for the outfit and the rest from the right version. The blue and yellow seem a tad too strong on the right one, in my opinion.

I totally agree. The skin tone on the left may be a scheme that's used when the sun is blaring and she's standing under a tree. Like in Sherry Dairy.

I like the one on the left more so. The stonewashed colors indicate she's more relaxed about the way she looks, compared to the nightmare blue on the right, indicating she takes great care to use Cheer color guard. :3 A good farm gal needn't worry too much about the fadedness of perfectly broken in denim.

I didn't want to part with the color of the clothes on the right, but I guess it doesn't matter to the character as a whole. The overalls on the left is best in all regard.
