i was actually doing terrible despite pushing myself to go to school
i really tried but i started panicking and couldnt move
i was terrified
and i still am
idk what to do honestly

i have to go back wednesday after i go to therapy to find out how to cope better
and be able to tell myself things are okay and stuff
