Rikio Matsuya/ Kamen Rider Goalie (松屋力夫/仮面ライダーゴーリー Matsuya Rikio/ kamen raidāgōrī) is the second participant of the Desire Grand Prix of my universe where the original series's participants never existed.

Rikio is the real identity of a wrestler called Matsuya The Breaker (まつや・ザ・ブレイカー Matsuya za bureikā), that was infamous for his actions in ring, which Rikio believes he only did because of Matsuya The Breaker's Heel status, or a wrestler that uses a darker persona to fight more brutally and in a more villainous way. In order to gain more popularity, Matsuya joins the Desire Grand Prix as a gorilla-based rider to create a world where people had more blend concepts of what is good and what is evil. Funnily enough, his Raise Buckle is the wrecking equipment-based Breaker Raise Buckle (ブレイカーレイズバックル Bureikāreizubakkuru), colored orange, the opposite of the dark blue worn by Matsuya as The Breaker.

When using the Breaker Buckle, Goalie gains the weapon known as Breaker Ball (ブレーカーボール Burēkābōru), a wrecking ball-like chain and iron ball weapon that can turn into a gripping weapon.

His main finisher is the Breaker Strike (ブレイカーストライク Bureikāsutoraiku), an attack rush with Rikio swapping the weapon's modes quickly, and ending with a wrestling-like body slam.
