Started out as a doodle at work, then progressively worked on it~ Felt like doing something motivating, since I'm lacking any of that right now.Flowers done in Illustrator CS3

That sort of motivational language is generally very shallow.. It doesn't do much long-term good. It's the kind of motivation teen girls seek out when they feel self-conscious.
Real motivation isn't soft and sweet, it's rough, like the way coffee scent sticks to your breath for hours after your done, while gum may only stick for 15 minutes.

I wouldn't agree, because this type of motivation acts like an ignition that makes you delve much deeper into the meaning of it, and combine it with your own subjective experiences and thoughts.
It may be shallow, though, if you interpret it only on the most shallow layer.
