cool esk that I've seen around recently and wanted to draw, pretty much348 for kokodama , this cute lil fungi <3
217 for Kyuuyula , such a posh esk !
364 for beechi angry smol grove
244 for elasticmembrane , I loved drawing this lady and am so happy with the result~ the busier designs are so lovely
082 for Mootdam ; this esk is the coolest
302 for evidhath , been meaning to draw this lovely for a while; the redesign is even cuter than before :*
344 for the7eventhrider , another lil cave fungiii !
GP for these all is 4 (shaded) + 2 (fullbody) = 6GP (+ 1 (accessory) for 244)
AP for me is 10 (shaded) + 5 (personal) + 10 (other esk), x 7 = 175AP

Thank you~, I too think she's a beauty. <3 Iridescence is probably the worst thing to draw, ever. Especially on black, bright coats are still ok since you can theoretically just make it white with a touch of colour. But yeah...black+iridiscence kills me. Which is why I avoided to use it up until now. XD
SAI has fancy 'modes' you can use tho, so it's a bit less hard to do if you use that type of thing. :'D *is happy to have discovered modes*

aah nice idea, I'll have to search up some photoshop cheats for it too..... stupid me really wants iridescence on the abnormal I'll eventually get lmao !! I'll find a way to swing it~

Good look! Photoshop should have some kinda method for it I'd say, it's one of the top programs after all. >.>
If not, try to draw it this way: base coat -> add a slightly lighter, very colourful highlight -> add a more pale layer -> add white layer. For a bright base anyway, dark is a bit easier (tell me if your potential Abnormal babe is dark, I'll type down that method for you then~). That should do it, although it may not look as on point as the modes SAI has. ;u;
I'mma have to make my Seika an Abnormal too one day. Gotta draw our two Abnormal babes together once we get them.

ah true, it's just finding a tutorial that makes sense and ends up good xD yeah I'm planning a black base, typically I have to make it more difficult p: but I'm considering a scales mutation, which would make iridescence easier because it would just be the scale shapes that glow depending on the light, instead of having to blend the saturated colour into the black,,, I've got a couple of thousand AP to get so I've got time to think on it!!
aah heck yes, that would be super 8D I can't wait to see all the abnormal designs when people start hitting nature spirit omg, there's gonna be so many amazing esk I'll have to draw them ALL~!
