Description This was an experiment with a new photo filter I made. I hope you like it. I was going for a walking into the sky look, with one hand out like I'm thinking of taking flight using my arms as wings.

Well I just made a layer over the other the picture with a whole bunch of stuff on it to change the way the picture looks. That is the best explanation I can give.
