Nice capture.
It almost looks like God is staring down, I see an eye on the left and the cloud makes up the mouth.The nostrils are the two circular bursts of light.
I promise I am not taking any medication.

well the noise can be removed by any program that allows you to edit your photos, like Photoshop

Not really. I have photoshop and I am extremely familiar with it for I have used it for countless art. The only thing would be the smart blur, but even that takes away little bits of detail and it still looks polished. I used to do all kinds of things with all my pictures, but now I've sort of gotten over it. I trade one thing for another. The bottom line is to get rid of the noise, I have to sacrifice detail.
