"The Heirophant" Tarot Card represents: Tradition, Convention, Learning, and Education so rather than making him a Religious Class like Cleric, Monk, Paladin, etc...I decided to make him a School of Divination Wizard. The School of Divination is all about planning out the entire fight ahead of time, and contains spells that enable the caster to learn secrets long forgotten, interpret dreams, predict the future, to find hidden things or foil deceptive spells, and I thought the perfect pokemon to represent a Diviner is Absol, a reclusive mountain pokemon who shows up in the wake of a disaster to warn people.

Now with the power of divination Tezoca uses his knowledge of future events to act as an agent of subverting disasters before they happen, a teacher, a fortune teller, and Potion maker because Wizards are meant to be the ultimate caster class and master of arcane knowledge but the one thing they can't do is use healing spells.

I decided to forgo the traditional western wizard aesthetic and self indulge with a personal favorite aesthetic; Aztec, specifically using the god Tezcatlipoca for inspiration.

Tezcatlipoca The Smoking Mirror, Lord of the Night, Posesser of the Sky and Earth, Enemy of Both Sides, and Our Lord and Slaver, the god of the night sky, the night winds, hurricanes, the north, the earth, obsidian, hostility, discord, rulership, divination, temptation, jaguars, sorcery, beauty, war, and conflict.

Almost every conflict in Aztec Mythology was caused by Tezcatlipoca messing with someone. Ironically Tezcatlipoca is the perfect contrary to Tezoca the Absol; Tezcatlipoca causes disasters, chaos, and drive people apart, while Tezoca tries to subvert disasters, bring order and people together.
