Thus, this was when ByThePowerOfDUSKULL realised that no one should ever mess with EPSON Scan's exposure settings.... Seriously, the colours were supposed to look more mellow than this. I've no idea what happened here...
Oh well. Have fun with this until I know what I'm doing.
(I was attempting to go with the two themes "Painting the roses red" and "Forest of Thorns". I did it wrong, but it makes for good practice.)

mayhaps markers would be a better option next time, as they have a deeper color.
