Vengeance is unmarked dreadnought launched in year 2259,operated in secret in service of section 31,developed by section and Khan Noonien Singh.Ship was destroyed in crash controlled by Khan in San Francisco after final confrontation with USS Enterprise.

No safe for Warp
Instead of most federation vessels this was constructed only for warfare so few limitations are not included, for example that one for firing lasers in warp tunnel.
