The first 2 words that came to my mind when I saw this piece was deprivation and insanity.
The title itself shows depicts this picture in terms of the mental state of Pinkamena Diane Pie, kind of like 'You think about this but your outer body expression betrays your true feelings.'
The way you use the shades and highlights really brings out what this piece is trying to tell us.
Especially the eyes and the facial expression: To me, the eyes shows fear, pain and sadness while the facial expression show the complete opposite of what she really feels, like she is struggling to gain control of her true emotions.
Overall, this is a great art piece, keep it up =w=
