OOC::Nov 5th is Colón Day in Panama <3 So I drew Maria in Colón's regional pollera - La Pollera Congo ! The province is known for its heavy Caribbean influence.
Mostly its a tiny event I'm doing on tumblr - I'm drawing a picture for each day of Panama's Fiestas Patrias.
