Description
This is the Sea Mistress, she controls the Ocean and the inhabitants of it.I tried MANY different hair/eye colours. Settled for stereotypical sea-woman hair colour ^^. It was my first time drawing tentacles, jellyfish, floaty underwater hair, sea beams, bubbles, waves from beneath... etc, so I was learning alot and trial and erroring as I went along xD.
Sketched on paper, coloured in Paint tool SAI and Photoshop ... ROUGHLY 20 HOURS. >_>x; I haven't spent that long on one piece for a long time. If ever.

I also cannot think of a name for her, so. If you have any ideas
