Hater is out walking his “robot dogs” He probably has some batteries in his pocket too. Peepers acts exactly like a cat would on a leash, he is 110% done. The others are just rolling with it. Also Hater had those Watchdog harnesses and collars made to make walking them easier.
Based on Hater and Peeper’s conversation in The Axe “They’re not robots they’re Watchdogs!” “Ohh they’re dogs, huh.. So I gotta walk them then…?”
