Tip about Gammon Left Outta the Fridge:
If you find any meat just outside the fridge and you don't know how long it's been out....and your parents say it's probably fine because it's still a little cold....don't microwave it up and eat it.

I learned the hard way and 26 hours later, I ache a storm and throw up multiple times. I'm currently recovering from that experience...
