yes you can.. with this one i actually tried using a stencil at first but it looked too small so we went to sharpies

oh really? how difficult is it? i was interested in it and this girl who did tattoo work as well as piercings said that it's not as easy as it sounds/looks: you got something constantly moving and buzzing in your hand and your canvas is someone's body which has skin and bones underneath. not a good surface to work with but since i'm a graffiti fantom uneven surfaces is my forte.
