Uncommon - Green
Gold - Rare
Blue - Ultra rare
Purple - Legendary
Core traits are basically the "heart" of the orbitar. If this is damaged in anyway they could become sick or die. Core traits are all in the centered of the orbitar. I guess where the heart is located too
