Eu queria ter participado (não que fosse ser selecionada também) mas soube quando já tinha encerrado tudo. Ainda bem que você conseguiu, mesmo em cima da hora!
A pintura da personagem está excepcional e eu amei o contraste de saturação que você usou nesse trabalho. É sem dúvida uma das suas composições mais avançadas. Favorito meu, é clarooo.

Ah é, eu geralmente não consigo dar muita atenção a contests, mas esse me pareceu muito bom e eu tentei inovar um pouco, sair do básico... acho que estava inspirada... rs

Bom, quanto a ser selecionada ou não, a seleção foi fenomenal, daí fica a dúvida. Mas obrigada por achar que eu teria chances, rsrs. Enfim, gosto de participar das coisas quando posso, então vou ficar de olho nas notícias.

Very cute pic. I love the angle and the way you did her face. I do have a few things to point out though.
For one, the length of her right arm (her right, not ours) from her shoulder to her elbow looks a little too long. Consider that the arm is one of the further
things away from the viewer, and that the elbow (usually) lies right around the same level as the bellybutton. It would likely look much more accurate if it didn't reach the same height as the top of her hat.
I also noticed something about her legs...they have highlights on them, but her skirt and sweater don't. Of course you don't want the fabric parts of her to shine like plastic, but clothes do have points where the light hits them. Study some clothing and see what it looks like when there's light on it. You need to use more subtle highlights when it comes to them.
One more thing. (sorry 
Her waist looks like it squishes out right above her skirt...like big love handles. I don't know if thats what you were going for (giving her more flesh and curve) but Pepper has pretty much stayed quite a slender character, so if you wanted to be more loyal to her original form, then I'd suggest tucking her sides in a bit more. Even if its just loose fabric thats sort of bunching around the top of the skirt, I think that it looks more like flesh...I mean, its a fairly tight fitting sweater. Either way, I think she would look more flattering if you tucked that in a little. lol.
Please don't think that I hate this picture and I'm nit picking at everything I don't like. I do like your art a lot, and I'd love to see it get better. This is a really cute picture, and I really like it. ^^
