I bought orange cargo pants and painted stripes all over them. I thought they would look good with my boots.I need to fix a few stripes at the top and some near the pockets, but it's overall done. It took 3 weeks to finish.
Over the last handful of months I got really into Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and finished watching part 5 of the anime (I have yet to read the manga but I'm definitely thinking about it).
Mista is one of my favourite characters and I wanted to have his pants (in a literal sense). For anyone unfamiliar with JJBA, this is what he looks like:Β imgur.com/yH3RVJX
I know I shouldn't be taking fashionΒ advice from this show but I love it so much.
The only 'pants' I'm comfortable wearing though is cargo pants, and I could not find any tiger patterned ones (unsurprisingly). So I found orange ones and made my own.
Why did I show my stomach in one of the photos? Mista's outfit has his torso exposed and I wanted to take a picture like that too just because.

Great job. The stripes look really nice in the photos. If you outlined every one of those stripes with a marker, AWESOME JOB!!!! No clue how you had the patience or hand strength to do it.

I outlined where I wanted stripes to go with a dried out marker and then painted them in with black fabric paint. I did small sections at a time and waited 3 days after painting before I put them through the washing machine.

You did an amazing job, it makes me want to find something interesting to do myself with my pants. I normally just dye them a non standard color.
