God I love Gravity Falls, and I love your art! I think you really captured Mabels' happiness.
One thing I would recommend is to work on the anatomy. Like with her arms, they could be a bit longer (arms will usually go down to a persons hips). They only other thing I would suggest is adding more detail like on the rock and in the water, some little details on her tail wouldn't hurt either.
