Personality: She's very stubborn, always the smart, serious looking girl, but she is realy affectionate and even clingy when you get to know her. She's more of a person who likes to spend time alone, when others show no intent to comunicate she feels a bit bad, yet ignores anyway. She always finds a way to comfort the others in need. She sometimes may seem moody and rude towards anybody who comes close, only some with tough skin should stay with her by that time or she'd 'eat em up'. She's a very complicated person and her friends sometimes don't know what to do with her. Never shows the lovey dovey feelings, until she realy feels like she should tell em. She's highly emotional if her boundary line is crossed, she cares very deeply for her students, never shows her weaknesses or emotions in front of them so she won't endander them, she risks her own life so they don't get a scratch.
Short story: She was born in Suna, but her parrents started to hate eachther and it ended up with her father moving away and taking Akemi with him. Akemi wasn't happy about it of course, they moved far away. But Orino realy cares for her and doesn't want her talent and determination to go to waste so he brought her to Konoha where he first continued home-schooling her and later put her into the academy. When she finished academy, Iruka put her in a team with boys who finished a year before her because she had the skills and knowledge. That, tho, didn't help her in one mission anyway, she and Kenji almost died, she would if Kenji didn't jump in to save her, they barely made it with a lot of scars, she has problems with her spine from that day. During the 3rd chuunin exam test, after her fight was finished, Konoha was atacked by Orochimaru and her dad died trying to protect it. She found him just before he let out his final breath, dying in her arms since she wasn't skilled enough to save him. She kept training her healing jutsu after that, kept blaming herself for not saving him. She didn't see any reason to interact with the community and spent all the time she could training and entering the other exams until she became an ANBU, she didn't talk to her friends until the 4th Great Ninja war started. There, she was an encouragement for her team and the whole village, one more medic to the bag and also a good protector.
After the war, she kept suffering from back pains every now and then, her back badly damaged in the first mission and the fight during the war only made it worse, Kenji gives her massages to help at least from the pain. Yet she decides that she wants to tutor so she did, taking in care three boys, one of which she was already familiar with.
During her teacher days, she underwent serious depressions and self blame because Yuuta, her familiar student, got intermingled with a demon curse and she knew no way of saving him.
As for her male self it's a rare occasion for her, she always leaves the village and wanders towns just for pure fun.

AMINE KEYORU
Akemi, when she was young, studied one of her father's secret clone scrolls and messed up when trying. She almost died creating a permanent copy of herself. That copy decided to keep guard over the village, taking on a form of a cat in which she needn't eat, sleep or any other life necessity, she also didn't age. Until one day she came upon Yuuta, a troublemaker who needed guidance and so she stayed by his side. He later found about her human form and they became very close friends, Amine making a new name for herself and following the regular life of a ninja with Yuuta, both entering academy and falling in love later.
