Here you have the Final Art of Iveon, the Unknown typed Eevee. The name Iveon cames from IV+eon. IV are Individual Values.How does it evolve?! Read here:Β
Now I'll introduce to all of you the attacks of each Iveon ^^
Iveon - Special / Physic
Normal: Hyper Beam / Giga Impact
Fire: Purgatory / Nitro Charge
Water: Boiling Water / Waterfall
Electric: Discharge / Wild Bolt
Grass: Seed Flare / Power Whip
Ice: Cold Flare / Freeze Bolt
Fight: Focus Blast / Close Combat
Poison: Sludge Wave / Gunk Shot
Ground: Earth Power / Earthquake
Flying: Gale / Brave Bird
Psychic: Extrasensory / Zen Headbutt
Bug: Bug Buzz / X-scissor
Rock: Ancientpower / Stone Edge
Ghost: Shadow Ball / Shadow Claw
Dragon: Draco Meteor / Outrage
Dark: Night Burst / Night Slash
Steel: Flash Cannon / Meteor Mash

Would it have any immunities to status changes such as beingΒ poisoned and falling asleep in the middle of battle?

Well, the idea of using the Unknown type is that it doesn't have any resistances and any weaknesses, so I suppose any immunities aswell
I have all stats, abilities and attacks of each Eeveelution

To don't have any immunities, weaknesses and resistances means that ALL types affect to the pokΓ©mon for equal. Nothing is super effective to IVeon, and it doesn't have STAB with any attack (well, all them are, due to its ability, but not because of its natural type).
And stat changes affect aswell, all them. I hope is clear now xD if not, well. I plan to submit all the data (stats, abilities, attacks, etc) when I know how to submit everything in a single file and dont make it too big xD

I have to say maybe you are lucky! Finally someone with a playable game contacted me! I am trying to introduce all my Eeveelutions on it, including IVeon ^w^ so be aware to my journals, because I will update it soon with a link to the game, saying that some of my pokemon are gettable! (the game is this one: www.monstermmorpg.com/) my pokemon are not there yet, but maybe you know it or wanna play!

Well, I see it as a neutral type. It hasn't resistance and weaknesses to anything, and is not supereffective to anything aswell.
And as I know, it will be in a game... but the person who asked for it hasn't told me anything yet, maybe is still in process or they left it go xD

In my opinion, it really shouldn't have Legendary signature moves, such as Freeze Shock and Ice Burn. Those moves belong to Kyurem. In a similar vein, I think Night Daze should remain exclusive to Zorua and Zoroark. Pairing it alongside Night Slash is also unfair; why not Dark Pulse and Crunch? They have the same BP and are 100% accurate.
I can see why you'd choose Inferno, but Flame Charge only has half the power compared to it, so plain ol' Fire Blast and Flare Blitz would work much better.
Just some nitpicking of mine on the moves; I do like the designs you've chosen for Physical and Special. I like how they have separate designs.
