This looks cool, but I kinda prefer the full black and white image. The blue eye is neat, but because of the crop and the focus, so much of the viewer's focus is on the right side (with the cat) that the blue eye adds even more weight to that side. In the plain black and white image you have up, the overall composition seems more balanced. Here, I almost wish there was a hint of blue somewhere else on the left to kinda balance things out - but I've no clue what else could be blue either, you know? oh well. It still looks neat either way

I like the dark tones and the crop of this shot. So what color are the kitty's eyes? I tried doing this with by hand coloring a print of my cat who has green eyes ...I always wanted a kitty with blue eyes

heh, his real eye color is yellow. i liked how the blue looked when i was editting it tho, so i left it.

ah im horrible at explaining things lol, but youtube has aton of photoshop tutorials that are really helpful. its a pretty easy effect to work with after ya get the hang of it
